ADSW (Australia)
We work very closely with the guys at NT Software and we act as their agents for ADSW outside of Australia.
We actually use their Surgard receiver module for testing locally. IP Alarms wrote the web based remote
access interface to ADSW, so it's even possible to bypass serial and TCP altogether and write directly
into the MS SQL Server database.
ADSW provides single-click access for operators into the Verified Response platform.
MAS
MAS is currently the most common automation software used by our customers and our Automation Link
has been running smoothly since 2008.
MAS provides single-click access for operators into our Verified
Response platform.
Microkey
Microkey has been tested and works perfectly in serial mode. TCP mode has not been tested to date.
SIMS
Automation Link works in both serial and TCP modes with the SIMS Surgard collect. There is currently
no access to the Verified Response platform from the DOS version. We are experimenting on workarounds
with one of our customers.
In-House Automation Software
Many of our customers have written their own in-house monitoring software and it has proven very easy
for them to integrate with our Automation Link software in Surgard mode for serial and System III mode
for TCP connections.
